The members of Tabor Presbyterian Church extend a cordial welcome to all who visit with us. The programs and ministries of our church are offered to all who desire them.

Tabor Presbyterian Church is located on Crozet Avenue in Crozet, Virginia. During the months between Labor Day and Memorial Day, the Adult Sunday School class begins at 9:45 A.M. and Sunday worship service is at 11:00 A.M. Preschoolers through 5th grade participate in a discipleship Sunday School program (Akaloo) after a brief time in the worship service. A nursery for younger children is available during both Sunday School and worship service. During the summer months, Sunday worship service is at 10:00 A.M., with no Sunday School.

The sanctuary of the church is handicapped accessible.

Tabor offers several special programs for all ages throughout the year, including camps for children and youth, a Choir Cantata, bell ringers, and a Lenten Series. Regular social events are also available, including summer picnics, a Thanksgiving meal, and "dine arounds."  Tabor reaches out to the community through special events emphasizing stewardship of the environment, an ESL program for our Hispanic friends and neighbors, and Community Companion Soups, a fellowship program to bring neighbors together for a meal.

Tabor Presbyterian Church is related to and descends from one of the first organized churches in Virginia, the Mountain Plains Presbyterian Church, organized in March of 1747. Tabor was formally organized by West Hanover Presbytery on August 7th, 1879. The current church building was erected in 1912. We are one of the Presbyterian Churches (U.S.A.) within District One of the Presbytery of the James.
