| Trail Adopters One of the important services that some special RTF members provide is to adopt a section of the Rivanna Trail. Trail Adopters walk their section periodically, clip vines and roses, mow grass, pick up branches, make minor repairs and generally keep the treadway open. They are also our primary "Eyes on the Trail" for reporting major washouts, blowdowns and other serious problems. We are very grateful to the following individuals for helping with this very important task. If you see anything along the trail that needs attention, please contact the Trail Adopter responsible for that section or complete the "Eyes on the Trail" problem report form. This will help us all keep the trail open and in good condition. Also, if you would like to become a member of this elite group and adopt a section of the Rivanna Trail as your very own, take a look at the list below and see if you would like to take responsibility for one of the 'unadopted' sections. If so, just let us know by email at info@rivannatrails.org or call 434-923-9022. We'd love to hear from you.
