We meet the second Saturday of each month from 9:00 -12:00 to do trail maintenance. We have tools, but bring shears or clippers if you have them. We meet at the trailhead on Melbourne Road just east of the Charlottesville High School football field and caravan to the work site. If you want to go directly to the project or plan on being late, call the work party leader.  General questions? Call Jeff Wilbur, 979-7524.  Everyone is Welcome! We are happy to have groups participate in our work parties, but please contact us ahead of time so that we can plan accordingly.

TEDDY BEAR HIKE Riverview Park Saturday, June 21, 2008 11 am – 12 noon Free Bring your favorite stuffed friend down to the Rivanna Trail for a fun-filled summer hike. Don’t forget your sun hat and maybe some sunglasses. Discover how our city forests provide food for birds and other wildlife. For KIDS of all ages and their families or caregivers.
